The Great Bear Pub and Liquor Store is where friends gather to celebrate. On Saturday June 28 from 11am - 4pm we will be hosting our Show and Shine. Please see our entertainment page for Show and Shine info. We offer fresh west coast food and entertainment seven nights a week with daily drink features. On Wednesday's through the summer we have a Karoke contest with host Marleen. Come down and win Whistler accommodation, sight seeing gondola tickets and cash. Our weekly schedule includes: Sunday / Monday: Open Jam, Tuesday: Guitar Hero, Wednesday / Thursday: Karaoke, Friday / Saturday: live music. Enjoy our ten high definition flat screen tv's set amongst our deep cherry wood interior. We have launched our feature summer salads and our chef, Douglas Pham, has crafted a locally focused menu with range of fish, meat, chicken and veggie options. The seafood we serve is harvested sustainably as we are BC mainland's only Ocean Wise pub (Vancouver Aquarium sustainable seafood program). Our kitchen is open until 11 pm daily and we have fundraising programs
